If you are still not sure what bronzing really is, you must be living under a rock! Even people who couldn’t apply lipstick learned how to contour and bronze in the Beauty School called Instagram. We are thankful that we live in a time where we are just a click away to learn everything we want to, and few years ago we clicked on bronzing!
Today we picked 5 of our favourite liquid bronzers and 5 powders. Keep in mind that for a lasting and professional look, you want to apply the liquid bronzer first and set it with the powder bronzer.

Top 5 Liquid Bronzers

1. Benefit Hoola Quickie Contour Stick (Price$28.00)
The Hoola bronzer became quite popular years ago because of its colour and formulation. It had grey undertones which would make it the perfect contour powder as well. Years later they came up with the liquid version of it. It comes in a stick and we suggest it if you are a beginner because it is very easy to apply, it has a light bronze colour and it looks very natural.

2. (Les Beiges) Soleil Tan de Chanel Healthy Glow Bronzing Cream (Price$50)
We are not sure if Chanel continues to sell this, but it was one of our Holy Grails. The texture was like nothing we had tried, it applied amazingly on the skin and you could apply it without powder and still look fantastic.

3. KKW Contour Stick (Price $18.00)
Similar to the Hoola , the KKW contour sticks applies great, looks amazing and comes in different shades. We really love that is smaller and you can contour your whole face. Its a must in every occasion and its in my bag the whole time! If you are thinking , I don’t contour my face at work, but I contour my lips and sometimes use it as a lip liner and top it off with a lipgloss. The most amazing nude lips ever!

4. Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate (Price$88)
Yes we know the price tag, but this Tom Ford bronzer is so good! It has a different formula from others, it applies effortlessly and it is the type of product you just have to splurge!

5. RCMA Contour Palette (Price$30.00)
You will feel like a pro using the most used palette by all makeup artists. The palette has different shades (usually I mix 2 to contour and bronze my face) and you can change its texture by mixing it with oil or moisturizer!

Top 5 Powder Bronzers

1. Marc Jacobs Coconut Perfect Tan (Price$49.00)
Do we love the packaging as much as the product? We do! It is white, huge and very sleek! You will feel so posh when applying it. But besides that, it really gives the perfect tan, and mixed with the Dior backstage it makes the face very bronzed and contoured.

2. Dior Backstage Contour Palette(Price$45.00)
You can either use this for the effortless makeup look with a tint of glow, or go hard and look like the Instagram Makeup Star you were really born to be! All the shades are amazing for conturing, bronzing and highlighting.

3. Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow (Price$68.00)
For sculpted and highlighted face use this one. It looks amazing, blends really well, and gives your face a healthy bronze without harsh lines. Charlotte Tilbury is a must. We love it.

4. TOM FORD Soleil Glow Bronzer(Price$112.00)
I keep going back to this bronzer because A- I am a sucker for cute packaging and B-It was really good! It felt like butter on your skin applying it and looked the most natural. Very pricey but if you are going to invest in one bronzer, this is it.

Alternative
If you are looking for a cheaper bronzer here it is a good one
The Balm Bahama Mama (Price from$20-$10)
It has a very good price and the quality is great. It was a deeper tone, but that light complexions could wear it as well and it looked very good on the skin!

5. Nars Laguna Bronzer(Price$38.00)
I believe this was the very first bronzer I used when trying makeup, so this one is completely biased decision and emotional. But i kept coming back to it, and as per usual, the Nars products rarely disappoint. Easy to blend and looks very natural.
